The regular registration period for the 2009 season has now closed. You may
still register, but be aware that late registrants are placed on a waiting
list and will not be placed on teams until everyone who registered during
the regular registration period has been accommodated. We cannot guarantee
that late registrants will be placed, and we cannot guarantee that returning
players who register late will be placed on their team from last year. To
register, please download the two documents below, and follow the
instructions. Instead of mailing your packet, please hand-deliver to the
address listed. Add an additional $30 late fee per player to the regular
registration fee.

Registration Form
All players will need to submit a copy of their birth
certificate in order to register. Players must be turning 4 by July 31 in
order to play this season, no exceptions. Registration fees are $70 for
Under 6 players, $80 for recreational players at Under 8 through Under 19,
and $120 for all Metro players.
